This painting entitled "Dancers in pink" by degas created somewhere between 1880 and 1885. I chose this particular painting because of how vibrant the dancers look and how they immediately grasp the attention of the viewer. Additionally, i enjoy the subtle contrast from their pink dresses and the ladies in the background with the blue dresses. Also, there also seems as if there is a lot of movement in this portrait.
